The Doctor called me that same morning to tell me that, in fact, she had forgotten to send the email that she told us, but it's good that she already told me on the phone, the information she gave me was embarrassing, that I should do what she already told her in the question I was asking, which showed me that I had not even listened to him. It made me so angry that I didn't even want to refute her on the phone, because also the Doctor's tone, when she called me, was tense, it seems that she was bothered that I called to request the information that we had been waiting for five weeks. Mrs. Obregón, if you have to attend to emergencies, you can perfectly wait until the end of the consultations, instead of making ALL clients wait more than an hour for the agreed appointment.
